The coaches at LA Gladiators were using many different tools to manage practice sessions. They had to load maps by hand, move heroes around for each play, and record players’ talks separately. This made it hard to see clear data on map win rates and player communication. The team struggled with a slow and confusing process that made it difficult to plan smart plays and get the insights needed to improve fast.

We built a custom all-in-one app using Bubble that brought all the tools together in one place. The app features a dashboard where coaches can see map win rates, player communication data, and how often each map is practiced. We added a task management tool to show daily to-do lists, a scheduling tool to book practice sessions automatically, and a communication tracker that records and analyzes what players say using machine learning and speech recognition. We also developed a strategy planner that lets coaches create slides with text, drawings, maps, and heroes. In the planner, coaches can drag and drop heroes, set their moves in sequence, and add Overwatch skills so that each play is clear. When they press play, the heroes move exactly as planned.
